With a background in advertising, we run our wedding planning company like an agency. We keep things organized and efficient and focused on process, design, and experience.
Yes. We have a list of trusted vendors that we know and love. As planners, we do more book vendors, and we build a team. We match our clients with the best vendors for their day based on aesthetics, values, personality, budget, and availability.
Our clients should account for 500 to 2000 per person. To ensure the level of experience and design aesthetics that our clients expect from we discuss the total budget before we even book.
Planners and venue coordinators are NOT the same. We work closely with the coordinator throughout the process, and it is truly best to have both. We manage you and the vendors, and they manage the venue. Besides, venues have turnover; you want to be sure the person running your day is contracted by you, for you.
We take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure the highest level of service for our clients. Our team can manage endless Wedding Coordination packages per year, but due to our highly personal approach, we limit the amount of Wedding Planning and Wedding Design.
YES! We consider all weddings in Richmond, Charlottesville, Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, Littleton, North Carolina, and Mount Gretna, PA, "hometown weddings." We know and love these places. We have planned weddings up and down (as far as Southernmost Beach Resort), the East Coast, and will bring our artist viewpoint and unique experience anywhere your story takes us!
