Our clients are busy professionals, and wedding planning is, in fact, a full-time job (wink). With that, we know the last thing anyone wants to do is answer emails after hours. We have a meetings-based experience. With alot of work going on behind the scenes we plan check-ins throughout the process, streamlining decision-making.
Together, we schedule meetings with intentional purpose, planning your wedding at a pace that allows for thoughtful decisions. We listen intently to your love story and design a day that properly illustrates your story as we guide you through each choice with a focus on aesthetics and experience.

This comprehensive package provides guidance through every aspect of your wedding, from vendor selection to the day of execution. We manage the entire planning process from start to finish. We select vendors, create a mood board and conceptual plan, source decor and design elements, and manage all of the details, big and small. We create an experience and execute the plan in a way that allows you to experience your day. For the couple that wants it all and wants to enjoy it all, this package is typically booked two years to nine months out.

You manage the logistical vendors; we design your dream aesthetic and manage your rehearsal and wedding day. We bring the vision for your big day to life through florals, rentals, papers, and sourced goods; you and your guests stand in awe, mouths open, eyes wide, hearts happy. For the couple with good taste who want to have a good time, this package is typically booked six months to two years from the wedding date. Wedding Design includes Wedding Coordination.

Coordinating the day you plan. We finalize all logistics and manage your rehearsal and wedding day. Wedding Coordination is the perfect package ia for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to oversee the logistics on the big day. Here’s the thing - there is no such thing as “Day-Of.” Trust us. We won’t be flying blind, so we start 90 days out from your wedding day to ensure that all contracts are correct, the timeline is foolproof, and that major decisions and fine details have been completed in order for you to enjoy the day that you have planned.

After you submit your inquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to schedule your Complimentary Consultation with us.
We have our very own meet-cute where we discuss your wants, needs, and dreams for your celebration. We discuss logistics, design preferences, what you want, and yes, what you don’t. After your initial consultation, we craft a proposal tailored to your needs and wedding planning timeline.
As your wedding date approaches, we increase communication and plan coordination meetings with all vendors.
Once booked, we conduct a post-hire onboarding where we go over the overall process, communication preferences, and our approach to planning.
You live happily ever after.
The weekend of your wedding, we are dedicated to ensuring you and your guests are fully present to experience these once-in-a-lifetime events.
